1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the distance sale of products offered on this website (the "Site") by Racing Tools di Tringali Domenico ("Racing Tools", "the Seller") to consumer customers, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
Access to the Site and the placing of an order constitute full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and Prices
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible on the Site. Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product, especially for customizable versions (see point 4).
Prices are expressed in Euro (€), VAT included. Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is finalized. Racing Tools reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Customized Products (Configurator)
For some products the Site provides a configurator that allows the customer to customize colors and components, and to upload their own graphics, logos or badges ("Customization").
- The final price of the customized product includes the base product plus any surcharges related to the choices made, shown to the customer before adding to the cart.
- By uploading a file (image, logo, badge) the customer declares and warrants to hold the necessary rights over the uploaded content (copyright, trademark, image rights) or to otherwise be entitled to use it, and indemnifies Racing Tools against any third-party claim relating to such content.
- Racing Tools reserves the right to refuse, before production, uploaded content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or technically not producible (e.g. insufficient resolution), contacting the customer to agree on a solution or to proceed with a refund.
- Technical feasibility checks on the uploaded material are carried out after the order is completed and paid; if any issue arises, Racing Tools will contact the customer before starting production.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is deemed concluded when the customer receives order confirmation by email from Racing Tools. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct any errors in the data entered.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit/debit card (via PrestaShop Checkout)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Pay in 4 (instalment payment in 4 instalments, if available for your order)
- Bank transfer in advance
The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed. Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments are handled through PrestaShop Checkout, a payment service provided by PayPal.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Racing Tools ships to Italy and to European Union countries via the following carriers:
- BRT Express — Italy — 1-2 business days
- BRT-PDP / UPS Standard — European Union — 4 business days
- DHL Express — European Union — 2 business days
The times indicated run from the shipment being handed over to the carrier and are indicative. Racing Tools is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated and shown to the customer before the order is finalized.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Except as provided below, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to info@racingtools.it before the deadline expires, and return the product intact, in its original packaging where possible, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, at their own expense, to the following address:

The refund of the price paid (excluding any additional shipping costs chosen by the customer over the cheapest standard option) will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products — Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as products made through the Site's configurator with colors, logos, badges or graphics chosen/uploaded by the customer. This exclusion is clearly indicated to the customer before the order for a customized product is concluded.

9. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity from delivery, provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. To claim under the warranty, the customer can contact info@racingtools.it.
10. Liability
Racing Tools is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure. For general liability regarding use of the Site, please refer to the Legal Notice page.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, without prejudice to any other mandatory legal provisions.
14. Changes to the Terms
Racing Tools reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to each order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
