Shipping your package
Shipments are entrusted to professional express couriers, so your package is tracked and protected from our workshop all the way to your door. Every order is prepared and packed with the same handcrafted care we put into our products: proper protective materials and boxes sized to prevent impacts during transport.
As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a link to track it in real time.
Shipping methods
- Italy – BRT Express courier
- International, Standard (BRT-PDP / UPS – delivery in 4 business days)
- International, Express (DHL – delivery in 2 business days)
If you're ordering from abroad, at checkout you can freely choose between Standard and Express shipping, depending on how eager you are to fit your new steering wheel rim. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Your satisfaction is our priority, so we want to be clear and transparent about how we handle returns.
Defective product
If the product you received has a proven defect, contact us: once we've verified and authorised the return, return shipping costs are entirely on us. No cost, no worries.
Return without defects (right of withdrawal) – standard products only
For standard, non-customised products, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, with no reason required. In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the product must be returned intact, unused and complete with all its parts and accessories.
Customised products: no right of withdrawal
Products made or customised at your request (for example with colours, logos, badges or graphics chosen by you) are considered made-to-measure goods under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code. For these products the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply: precisely because they are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold. We therefore ask you to choose carefully when ordering.
